Vitamin C and D are good for our health - but did you know they can also help you memorize the names of all branches of the subclavian artery?
The paired subclavian arteries are large arteries of the thorax which supply oxygenated blood to the thorax, head, neck, shoulders and arms. Each subclavian artery has 5 branches: the vertebral artery, the internal thoracic artery, the thyrocervical trunk, the costocervical trunk, and the dorsal scapular artery.
