Mandy Rauschner, MSc

Medical Content

Mandy Rauschner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and completed an international Master’s program in Molecular Medicine at Friedrich Schiller University Jena.

She returned to her alma mater in Halle to pursue a PhD at the Institute of Physiology (currently under defense). During her doctoral work, she received the Duane F. Bruley Award for her presentation at the ISOTT 2019 conference in Albuquerque, USA, and contributed to more than 11 peer-reviewed publications in cancer physiology, several as first author. In parallel, Mandy gained experience in medical education, leading student courses and supervising practical training in physiology. These experiences sparked her interest in science communication and health education beyond academia.

Alongside her role at Kenhub, Mandy works on science-based health education projects that translate physiological knowledge into practical tools. She designs and facilitates workshops, retreats, and coaching programs focused on sustainable habit formation and personal well-being.
